Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

 Single player cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled booking time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will receive store credit. Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability and at our sole discretion.

  Private Party cancellations must be done at least 3 days prior to date scheduled for a full refund. less than 3 days will be only 50% refund. and less than 24hr will be $50. in store credit only. No other money will be refunded.
      * **Online Purchases- "Gift card purchases are non-refundable."
      * **In-Person No-Shows/Early Departures:** No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to show up for their scheduled session or who depart early from a session.
