Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

 Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability and at our sole discretion.
      * **Online Purchases- "Gift card purchases are non-refundable."
      * **In-Person No-Shows/Early Departures:** No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to show up for their scheduled session or who depart early from a session.
